Seagrass Rugs

Several generations later this hard, yet smooth fiber became used in seagrass rugs, which was woven onto latex-backed floor covering as a simple or basket-weave patterns. Seagrass rugs are made out of various maze grasses and are now produced in the size of four meters wide. After this area seagrass rugs are processed.

Seagrass rugs retain the grassy, hay-like scent and colors of the plant, from which it was extracted. Seagrass rugs have an excellent neutral color in their own light-brown and beige strands with a green touch to it.
Seagrass rugs and carpets are relatively non-absorbent and hard, do not often stain or dirtied.

Seagrass rugs and carpets have a naturally smooth texture and have a non-porous surface. From nature seagrass rugs are durable and will serve a long life to their owners.
